Job Tasks

  • Identify relevant communications and engagement opportunities, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Support planning and execution of company meetings including event logistics, executive presentations
  • Participate in the elaboration of internal and external communications (brainstorming sessions, brochures, promotional items)
  • Developing content for email newsletters, press releases and other communication materials
  • Maintaining contact with existing customers by answering questions about products, responding to complaints, and offering suggestions for improvement
  • Coordinating with other departments within an organization to plan events such as conferences or seminars
  • Developing effective corporate communication strategiesFoster relationships with advocates and key persons
  • Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors.
