Sales Person With Management Goals
Superior Hyundai is a fast-paced import dealer that sells and services both new and used vehicles and we are looking for self-starters who want career advancement opportunities within our group of companies. We are looking for people who want to be trained in our sales process in both selling and then in sales management. Must have leadership qualities and can work well within a team as well as direct a team. Pay is Salary and commission bonus based. As we are constantly growing the opportunities for advancement within this company in Thunder Bay and beyond are real. Experience in sales is an asset however your potential and attitude is more important.
Candidates we are most interested in talking with;
Can develop prospects by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
Complete sales transactions by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts.
Provides sales management information by completing reports.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
