Lawn Care Labourer

We are looking for multiple employees to join our growing team of lawn care and landscaping professionals!

Some duties include but are not limited to: • Routing lawns to cut / cutting lawns • Driving a truck with an enclosed trailer attached • Operating a zero-turn mower • Operating weed-whackers and other lawn maintenance equipment • Some hedge trimming and leaf clean-up as required.

The successful applicant will be both dependable and trustworthy; the individuals also need to have a Class-G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract (a D-Class license is encouraged, but not necessary).

We are looking for an individual who can self-delegate and complete tasks with little to no supervision. Ideally, the successful candidate will grow into a team-lead / leadership position with our company, proving they are more than capable of completing assigned tasks and managing small groups of people.

Please note, this is a full-time (seasonal) position, which has the potential to lead to a full-time (year-round) position – based on the individual’s performance. Additionally, some of clients are highly professional businesses and public services based in Thunder Bay, therefore, successful applicants must present themselves as both clean and dutiful, while representing our company in public.

We offer a starting wage of $16 to $18 / hour (depending on skill & experience).
