Wine and Beer Clerk – Part time SIOUX LOOKOUT

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and customer service driven individual to join our team in the Wine & Beer department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·       Serve customers, ensuring proper smart serve protocol is followed

Stock product following proper rotation and facing procedures
Ensure that Wine and Beer department is clean and free from debris, sweep and mopping
·       Deliver exceptional customer service including greeting guests as they enter the store and assisting them in finding products

·       Respond to customer compliments and complaints

·       Ensure department has correct prices displayed

Other duties as assigned (etc. Paperwork, till training, Counting inventory in back room)
Build and maintain displays for stock and merchandise in the department (seasonally and depending on holiday)

Qualifications:

·       Ability to lift 50 lbs

·       Excellent Customer Service

·       Minimum 18 years of age, as required by law

·       Holds valid Smart Serve or willing to obtain

·       High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

·       Available to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
