Customer Service Agent / Flight Follower

Searching for a job in aviation? Thunder Airlines is hiring a full time Customer Service Agent/Flight Follower. The CSA is the first point of contact for customers, visitors and employees. The employee must maintain a professional image when answering and directing calls and greeting visitors in a prompt and efficient manner. The CSA will also be responsible for flight following of all aircraft, and other operational tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring of all flights (will be expected to learn the aviation software and pilot duty regulations) book travel, and accommodations
Providing Charter Quotations
Ability to work long hours and possible shift work
Coordinate daily flight operations and aircraft availability with maintenance
Documentation of any flight related incidents or operations disruptions
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is essential
Must have excellent organizational, prioritizing and communication skills.
Above average computer skills
Attention to detail is imperative.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Aviation experience is an asset but not required.
