Thomas Outdoor Construction is hiring for the 2026 season.
We build:
• Swimming pools
• Decks
• Fences
• Patios / hardscape
• Equipment and excavation work
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s licence
• Reliable transportation to job sites (Thunder Bay / Nolalu / area)
• Dependable and on time
• Able to work outdoors and lift materials
• Positive attitude
Experience is great but not required. We will train the right person.
Competitive pay based on ability and work ethic. Room to grow.
