Job Summary

Steam Dry Thunder Bay in association with Home Depot Cleaning Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing Cleaning Division in Thunder Bay. This position is responsible for providing top-quality residential and commercial duct, furnace, and dryer vent cleaning services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will play an important role in maintaining our service standards, representing our brand in customers’ homes, and contributing to the continued growth of our business through excellent workmanship, honesty, and customer care.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Perform residential and commercial duct, furnace, and dryer vent cleaning
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment
– Provide clear communication and education to homeowners
– Recommend additional services and products when appropriate
– Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
– Complete work orders and reports accurately
– Follow safety procedures and company standards
– Participate in team meetings and company events
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships by being knowledgeable, respectful, and honest
– Maintain a clean working environment and ensure no mess is left behind in customers’ homes

What We’re Looking For

– Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of tools and equipment
– Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract (required)
– Comfortable with physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight spaces
– Strong customer service and communication skills
– Ability to confidently recommend and upsell additional services and products
– Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
