Geotechnician – Entry Level (Mineral Exploration)
Location: Northwestern Ontario (field-based)
Start Date: October 1
Wage: $27–$33/hour
Rotation: Variable, generally 2 weeks on / 1 week off
Experience: None required — training provided

About the Role
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our exploration team as Geotechnicians in Northwestern Ontario. This is a hands-on, entry-level position ideal for anyone interested in starting a career in mineral exploration and the mining industry. No prior experience is necessary — we’ll train you on the job.

What You’ll Do
Collect soil, rock, and sediment samples across active exploration sites
Assist with prospecting and geological mapping in the field
Log, handle, and process drill core samples
Support geologists with data collection and sample tracking
Maintain field equipment and follow safety protocols
Perform other general exploration support duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
Willingness to work outdoors in remote, physically demanding conditions
Ability to hike varied terrain and work full field days
Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team
Comfortable living in a camp setting for extended rotations
Valid driver’s license considered an asset
Previous outdoor, labor, or field experience is a plus but not required
