We are currently hiring Mine Haul Truck Operators to join our client’s team at a major open-pit gold mining operation in Northwestern Ontario.
This project is set to become one of Canada’s largest open-pit gold mines, with expected annual production of approximately 400,000 ounces over an initial 14-year mine life, with additional long-term underground potential.

Schedule & Travel:
14 days on / 14 days off rotation
12-hour shifts (day and night rotation)
Fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) – flights arranged and paid
Camp accommodations and meals provided
Ideal for candidates based in Northern or Northwestern Ontario with access to a regional airport.
Responsibilities:
Operate 100+ ton haul trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with site policies and regulations
Perform Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRAs)
Complete daily inspections, logbooks, and production reports
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and operator cab
Accurately track material loads, sources, and destinations
Communicate effectively using radio and site signaling protocols
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safety-first work environment
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Experience operating CAT 777 haul trucks or similar (minimum 100-ton capacity)
Surface Miner Common Core (#770210) with U5042- Haul Truck module is strongly preferred
Previous open-pit mining experience is an asset
Valid Ontario driver’s licence (G1 or higher required)
Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Reliable, adaptable, and able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Pre-Employment Conditions:
