KRM Contracting is a locally operated company specializing in residential and construction work across Thunder Bay and NW Ontario. We are looking for experienced Carpenters who value craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork. What You Will Do

• Complete framing, finishing, and general renovation work on residential and construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately and safely
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe worksites
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients

What We Are Looking For

• 3–4+ years of carpentry experience in residential or construction settings
• Red Seal certification is an asset but not required
• Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility based on project timelines
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience and skill level, with opportunities for growth as performance and responsibilities increase
