Kitchen Helper

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist our kitchen staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient food preparation area. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and support daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients

• Keep the kitchen clean by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, floors, and storage areas

• Assist cooks and chefs with various kitchen tasks as needed

• Properly store food items and supplies

• Take out trash and ensure waste is disposed of correctly

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset, but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
