Snow Shoveller

We’re building a team of Snow Shovellers for the 2025–2026 winter season. Perfect for students or those looking for seasonal, flexible work.

Position Details:

Hours: On-call during snowfalls, typically 8-12 hour shifts between 6AM – 6PM. Additional overnight shifts possible during heavy storms.
Compensation: $25 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Start Date: November 15th, 2025
Location: Thunder Bay and surrounding area

Responsibilities:

-Shovel walkways, steps, and sidewalks to full width
-Apply salt/ice-melt where required
-Assist tractor and plow operators during large snow events
-Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction
-ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must! We want individuals who strive for perfection.

Qualifications:

-Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
-Good physical fitness (able to lift 50 lbs)
-Reliable and available on short notice during snow events
-Team player with strong work ethic
