What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and help them explore their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on our lineup of vehicles, features, and options.
• Work with the Sales Manager to offer solutions that work for both the customer and the dealership.
• Coordinate test drives and ensure customers feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.
• Follow up with past and potential customers to build lasting relationships and earn referrals.
• Stay up to date on new vehicle models, technologies, and promotions — we’ll provide plenty of training and support!

What You Bring to the Team:

• Strong people skills — you enjoy connecting with others and making them feel at ease.
• Comfort with computers and the ability to learn new systems.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
• A passion for cars is helpful, but curiosity and a positive attitude matter even more!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Experience: Sales: 1 year (preferred)
