What each day will bring:

• Something different! You never know what kind of vehicle or tire you may be required to work on or what customers will need help
• Installing a variety of Commercial and OTR tires
• Using computer diagnostics to balance tires
• Rotating Tires to ensure proper wear
• Repairing tires in a safe and efficient manner
• Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
• Maintaining tire service equipment
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment
• The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe on the job

What kind of person are we looking for?

• Experience in tire service, working with passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial, and OTR tires, specialty tire services, and wheels is required
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds if required
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers; this includes good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
