Floyd’s Glass is looking for a dedicated and results driven individual to join our team. This role of Administration Clerk would be responsible for performing skilled clerical and receptionist duties within our office setting.


  • Minimum of 1yr of Post Secondary Education or equivalent experience including proficiency in keyboarding and English grammar skills
  • A certificate or diploma in Office Administrative education would be an asset.


  • 3-5yrs of clerical/administrative experience supporting a manager and team in a broad range of office settings
  • 3-5yrs experience operating a multi-line office phone system
  • Able to access and operate various software programs
  • Schedule and maintain a calendar for work scheduling
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly knowledgeable of general office practices and procedures
  • Able to handle fast paced environment
  • Good organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential material and information with discretion
  • Demonstrates a professional friendly and approachable demeaner
