Floyd’s Glass is looking for a dedicated and results driven individual to join our team. This role of Administration Clerk would be responsible for performing skilled clerical and receptionist duties within our office setting.
- Minimum of 1yr of Post Secondary Education or equivalent experience including proficiency in keyboarding and English grammar skills
- A certificate or diploma in Office Administrative education would be an asset.
- 3-5yrs of clerical/administrative experience supporting a manager and team in a broad range of office settings
- 3-5yrs experience operating a multi-line office phone system
- Able to access and operate various software programs
- Schedule and maintain a calendar for work scheduling
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly knowledgeable of general office practices and procedures
- Able to handle fast paced environment
- Good organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential material and information with discretion
- Demonstrates a professional friendly and approachable demeaner
