The Finance Clerk assists in the on-going maintenance of internal records and reports and in the preparation and maintenance of records and schedules for all agency accounts and programs. The Finance Clerk assists in the appropriate and safe handling of agency financial records, forms, correspondence, and documents.
Qualifications and Requirements: A minimum one year Bookkeeping Certificate is required. Minimum one year work experience in accounts payable, preferably in a non-profit agency. Candidates without the specific education qualifications and where the position does not require certified qualification to practice, but who possess an appropriate combination of experience and other academic qualifications will also be considered.
Hours of Work: 32.5 hours per week
