10-E-22: PROJECT MANAGER – LTC

The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and the ongoing implementation of the Dilico Long-Term Care Project, and any other projects as required. The Project Manager will provide project management expertise to activities outlined in the Long-Term Care project. This includes the development of work and evaluation plans, leadership responsibility to the project team and facilitation of community activities. Project Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of positive working relationships with all partners and stakeholders involved in all projects undertaken including the First Nations communities. The position will report to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services and the Director of Heath Services.
Qualifications and Requirements: A degree in a related field with at least 4 years demonstrated related experience is required. A PMP (Project Management Professional) Certificate is preferred. Minimum of four (4) years direct service in working with Anishinabek children, families and communities; experience that emphasizes project management, development and interacting with stakeholders; demonstrated experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environment; proven success at project delivery in both short-term and long-term integrated projects; knowledge of grant processes and proposal writing.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
