Community Living Fort Frances & District (CLFFD) is a not-for-profit developmental services agency committed to supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live self-directed, meaningful lives in their communities. We deliver individualized supports in residential services, employment, community participation and independent living. With over 150 dedicated employees and a strong legacy of advocacy and innovation, we are proud to be a trusted leader in the Rainy River District.

The CLFFD Board of Directors is seeking a compassionate, visionary, and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a respected, community-driven organization in Northwestern Ontario. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will guide a dedicated team committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, inclusive, and fulfilling lives.

This is a pivotal moment for CLFFD as the organization works to bring its mission and vision more fully to life, with a focus on continued growth, service excellence, and meaningful inclusion. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to advancing the rights, inclusion, and well-being of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
