Administrative Assistant
Clara Industrial Services is looking for an enthusiastic individual to become a part of our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
· Data entry including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
· Making travel arrangements for field and office staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations.
· Answer phone calls and supporting visitors.
· Opening and distributing mail.
· Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Provide information by answering questions and requests.
· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
· Carrying out administrative duties such as emailing, filing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Hours & Benefits
· Permanent position, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent education required.
· 3 years of related experience preferred.
· Preference will be given to a bilingual applicant (English, Spanish).
· Solid understanding of accounting principles.
· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Sage accounting software proficiency is preferred, but training will be provided.
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to balance priorities to meet short and long-term objectives.
