IT Technician

Join our team as a service technician helping our clients with their technology needs. Our small firm assists clients across Northwestern Ontario with their workstations, servers, web hosting, networks, IP telephony and video security systems. We strive to be a leader in the region and offer a high level of service to clients across a variety of industries with creative technical solutions.

Knowledge of networking, windows operating systems, email server systems, various databases and general desktop support is required. Previous experience with cabling, computer installations and deployments along with strong verbal and writing skills are essential.

Occasional travel and after hours emergency work is required. A valid G2 or Full G license along with reliable transportation. You must be present yourself professionally and possess good communication skills as you’ll work onsite and remotely handling phone calls, emails and support sessions.
