Northern Pathways Initiative

Program Overview

The Northern Pathways Initiative (NPI) is designed to assist businesses and organizations who offer positions in health care, the trades and hospitality. If you are having difficulty filling positions in these fields, connect with us for access to job seekers who have education or work experience in these sectors. NPI is designed to increase the employment success of clients pursuing opportunities in these sectors by providing:

• field-specific certification training,
• employment supports like work boots and uniforms,
• a direct connection to employment opportunities and placements in their pathway sector.
